Ingredients

    The base for this smoothie is a 6oz carton of plain greek yogurt, , half of an avocado, 1 cup spinach and 1 cup kale. You could use all of either of the greens. Then, add fruit to sweeten the taste...I used a large pear peeled, 1 red grapes, 1 kiwi fruit peeled, and 4 frozen pineapple chunks. Optional is a squirt of lime juice and ice to taste. Blend very well.

    Does NOT taste like vegetables! Nice, mild sweet taste and smooth texture.

Tips

Experiment with the fruit you have on hand.


Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 giant smoothie or 2 medium ones!
