    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 3.5 ounces
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1/2 tsp
    Oregano, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Basil, .33 tbsp (remove)
    Bay Leaf, 1 leaf
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    pepper to taste


May use more chicken and water- just measure your 1 serving. Adjust seasoning accordingly.


Fill saucepan 3/4 full with water. Bring to a boil. Add Chicken and seasonings. Boil for 20 minutes. Remove chicken and refrigerate for later. Let broth cool. Skin fat off. Refrigerate broth. Once cool, skim the rest of the fat off. Store in refrigerator or freeze.
