    -8 cups fresh broccoli - cut small
    -8 cups water
    -8 tsp chicken boullion
    (or 8 cups chicken broth instead of water and boullion)
    -3 cups fat free half and half
    -1/2 cup crumbled bacon (I used Hormel brand from the salad toppings aisle)
    -1 cup instant mashed potatoes


-Cut fresh broccoli into smallish pieces
-Cook broccoli in water/boullion or broth until it boils and the broccoli is soft
-Add bacon and half & half
-Bring back to a boil
-Add in potato flakes to thicken soup

If desired - take some of the soup out and blend it, then mix it back into rest.
