Sriracha Baked Tofu

1 block (16 oz) firm or extra-firm tofu
3 tsp sriracha (garlic chili sauce)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Sesame and chili oils add flavor, but you could substitute vegetable oil for either or both.
For extra-crispy, bake 5 more minutes.
Instead of sriracha, you can just rely on the chili oil and maybe add garlic and red pepper flakes to the marinade.
In fact, the cooking method for tofu would work with a variety of marinades. Try out different seasonings and flavors.
Mix sriracha, sesame oil, chili oil, and soy sauce to create a marinade.
Slice tofu into 1/4" thick slices (as a rule, this should make about 15 slices - you can always cut these into thinner strips if you prefer), and marinade in the oil and sauce mixture for 10 minutes.
Lay on a lined baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes. Flip and bake another 15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 5 servings (roughly 3 slices is a serving, if cut as recommended.
