Introduction

An easy crockpot delectation :) An easy crockpot delectation :)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 28 oz can Tomato Sauce
    1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
    3 cups of canned red kidney beans
    1 pkg frozen spinach
    1 cup millet (or rice or other grains may be substituted)
    2 Tbs Nutritional Yeast (optional)
    Minced garlic to taste (I like to go crazy with it)
    chili powder to taste (I used 1Tbs)
    Cumin to taste (I used about 1 Tbs)
    Paprika to taste (I used about 1/2 Tbs)

Directions

Chuck everything together in the crockpot and cook on Low for 10-12 hours. Serve with cheese on top if desired.
