    Frozen berries, 1 cup
    Non-fat Plain Yogurt, 1 cup
    Strawberry-Banana Juice, 1/8 cup
    Banana, 1
    Aria Protein Powder, 1 scoop


I use a frozen berry mix with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Vary the amount of each berry to make it as sweet or tart as you like. You can also add a small amount of artificial sweetener if it's too tart.


Thaw berries, add yogurt, protein powder, juice and banana. Blend with immersion blender.
