    Leeks, 2 leek (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 0.125 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)


Slice the leeks and boil until tender. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the liquid. Add the milk, the reserved leek liquid, the flour and the seasoning to a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring, until it thickens. Add the leeks and stir.
