    3 pounds ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped (270 g)
    Several stalks chopped celery (230g)
    2 tbsp caraway seed
    2 tbsp sea salt
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 box whole wheat elbow macaroni
    1 large can diced tomatoes (28 oz)


Brown the turkey and onion together in a pan and drain off the grease. Add all remaining ingredients except macaroni. Add about 7 cups of water. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in macaroni and cook for 9 minutes stirring often.
