Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 16 oz (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Freeze whatever you will not eat and save for later.
