    2 lg handfuls Kale
    1 Apple
    5 Strawberries
    1 Banana
    1 C. Cherries
    1 Kiwi
    10 nuts type varies
    2 T. Chia
    1 T. Red Quinoa


Fresh fruits can be interchanged. However I do recommend banana, chia and nuts in each smoothie


Wash, core and cut. Put all in vitamix and turn on smoothie mode

Serving Size: 4 servings, size depends on amount of water added
