Ingredients

    1 large cucumber(s), Cut into bite sized peices
    4 medium fresh tomato(es), Cut into bite sized pieces
    1/4 medium uncooked red onion(s), Thinly sliced
    8 olives Kalamata Olives, in Vinegar Brine, halved and pitted
    4 oz crumbled feta cheese
    1 Tbsp basil, fresh, chopped (or fresh herbs of choice to taste)
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar





Directions
