Ingredients

Measure 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds raw and shelled.
2/3 cup watercress
fresh cilantro - 8 tbsp chopped or 10 stems
half a lg grapefruit
half a lemon,
1 tablespoon (up to a fifth of a serving of dairyless chai mix.
Blend with 1/4 cup up to 1 cup of filtered fruit water and increase once pumpkin is smoothly incorporated.
Garnish with a radish slice.
Tips
I keep a refrigerated glass jar of peeled melon and citrus in filtered water. It increases the ease of eating fruit, and the water is healthy to drink or add to the juicer.
Directions
