An great way to get young ones to try sweet potatoes. An great way to get young ones to try sweet potatoes.
Number of Servings: 6


    2 large sweet potato, scrubbed, thinly sliced
    2-3 tbs olive oil
    high quality sea salt


Can sprinkle cinnamon as well before baking.


Thinly slice (a mandolin is best if you have it) a sweet potatoes
Spread onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
drizzle the olive oil over the potato slices
sprinkle the sea salt
bake in a 250 degree oven about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until slightly golden
Turn once halfway through cooking time.

Serving Size: makes enough for 4-6 people
