Introduction

A great way to start the day with lots of fresh fruits and veggies - a mild, sweet flavor. A great way to start the day with lots of fresh fruits and veggies - a mild, sweet flavor.

Ingredients

    Pineapple - 1 whole
    Apple - 4 medium
    Wheat grass - about 4 grams
    Parsley, fresh, whole - 1 1/2 c.
    Spinach - 6 oz
    Carrots - 8 regular sized
    Ginger root - 1 inch piece

Tips

The pineapple was the only thing I pared. I did take the seeds out of the apples, too.


Directions

Throw it all in the juicer and it's done. Keeps overnight in the refrig, so you can make two days' worth at a time - two breakfasts and two snacks.
