    1 large egg (per the egg board), 3 serving
    Scallions, raw, 1 large
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 large
    Banana Peppers, 1 medium (4-1/2" long)
    Great Value shredded mild cheddar, 1 serving
    Great Value Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter, 1 tbsp


Shake it up by adding your own favorite veggies to the mix. Can use egg whites instead of the whole egg.


Chop scallions, mushrooms and banana pepper. Saute in butter until tender. In small bowl, whisk eggs and pour over scallion mixture in skillet, cover and let cook until eggs are cooked through. Add cheese and cover again, allow cheese to melt, then fold and serve HOT
