    Black Beans
    Grape Tomatoes
    Sweet Onion
    Cilantro (I use 1/2 of a bunch)
    Olive Oil
    Juice of 1 Lime
    Salt and Pepper toTaste


Drain beans and rinse, add corn, and onion. Slice grape tomatoes in half and chop 1/2 of a bunch of cilantro. Add to beans and corn mixing gently. Mix lime juice and olive oil and pour onto salad. Mix Gently. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving cut up 1 avocado and toss in gently. Salt and Pepper to taste.Delicious!!!

Serving Size: Makes about 5, 1.5 Cup Servings
