saw a recipe and tweaked to what I had. saw a recipe and tweaked to what I had.

    12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1" x 2" strips
    1 red bell pepper cut into 1" pieces
    1 zucchini cut into 1/2" slices
    2 rings pineapple (prefer to use fresh, but didn't have) cut into tidbit pieces
    1 onion cut into 6 wedges
    12 oz baby portabella mushrooms

    3 TBSP soy sauce
    1/2 TBSP Hoison Sauce
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic pepper
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


I had mine over quinoa.


1. Preheat George Foreman grill (to 400 degrees)
2. Thread vegetables, pineapple and meat evenly between 6 skewers.
3. Grill until chicken reaches 165 degrees, about 6 min
4. Enjoy
