Ingredients

    20oz Ground Turkey
    4oz Ground Lamb
    1 egg
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    4oz crumbled feta
    2 Tbs grill seasoning
    1 Tbs cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp oregano
    Pinch of nutmeg

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into a loaf on a baking sheet or dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cooked through (time will depend on thickenss of loaf). Serve with tzatziki sauce if desired.
