Ingredients

    1.25 cups flour
    0.5 cups sugar
    0.25 cups cocoa powder
    0.5 tsp baking powder
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    0.25 tsp salt
    0.33 cups olive oil
    0.5 cups applesauce
    0.75 cups soy milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup oats

Directions

-Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark
-In a large bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients.
-Add the oil, applesauce, vanilla and soy milk.
-Place into a deep brownie dish and cook for 15-20 mins, until a knife/toothpick comes out JUST clean.
