Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    * *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Cut up veggies; set aside. Combine soy sauce, water, & splenda & mix together and set aside.
Cut up chicken into small pieces, stir fry in oil. Add veggies and stir fry. Then add the sauce and stir fry for about 1 minute, until it thickens.
