Ingredients

5 oz pkg saffron yellow rice (i use mahatma)
15 oz can black beans
1/4 cup shredded kraft taco cheese
2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream

goya adobo seasoning
chopped green onions
salsa
Directions
Cook yellow rice per directions, but without the added butter. Cook black beans per directions. To serve, ladle black beans over yellow rice. Top with taco cheese and sour cream.
