    Fennel, 1 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves - chopped, or pressed
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 cup
    Chicken stock, 2 cups
    Peas, canned, 1 can drained


Saute fennel, onion & garlic in olive oil about 5 minutes, add the brown rice and about 1/3 the stock. Simmer until the stock is gone & add 1/3 more, then add the last of the stock. When rice has absorbed all the stock add the drained peas - just to heat thru.
