My twist on Stuffed Peppers My twist on Stuffed Peppers
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Chicken breast with no skin
    2 Bell Peppers sliced in half and cleaned
    1 Tablespoon of diced jalapenos
    6 1/2 Tablespoons of Pace Jalapeno & Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce
    1 Small onion diced
    2 Teaspoons minced garlic
    2 Cups of cooked white rice

    Boil chicken breast for 10 minutes, or until done. Let cool and dice. Cut bell peppers in half, from top to bottom and clean them. Place peppers on/in lightly sprayed baking pan/sheet. Mix together all other ingredients, including chicken. Stir well, until everything is coated in the sauce. Fill the four peppers. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes, or until pepper is to your tenderness.

Tips

Can top with shredded cheese and/or sour cream


Directions

Bake at 350 in a lightly sprayed pan for 20 minutes, or until pepper is done to your liking.
