    4 lg eggs
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
    1/4-1/3 cup sugar substitute (cup for cup type)
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    170 cal, 15 g fat, 9 g sat fat, 3 g carbs, 6 g protein


Beat together with hand mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into 8x8 greased square pan. Bake 1.5 hours at 325 degrees
Cool and refrigerate. Makes 9 servings.
