    Ground beef, 2 lb
    Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove chopped
    Tomato Sauce, 1 can
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce, 1 cup
    Sour Cream, 1 cup
    Cream Cheese, 6 oz softened
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded


for those not on low carb/keto diet may begin layering with cooked/drained macroni noodles.


brown beef with onion, garlic, salt and pepper (to taste)
drain grease, add sauces and simmer for 10 min.
mix cream cheese and sour cream in separate bowl.
spread 1/2 beef mixture in baking dish. cover with cream cheese mixture, spreading evenly. spread remaining beef mixture on top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. bake for 30 min @350.
