    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Honey, .5 cup (remove)
    *Cool Whip Free, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 2 large rectangular piece or 2 square (remove)


core and slice apples. Crush graham crackers. Spray baking dish with butter spray or no stick spray. Add graham crackers and cover bottom of dish. Add apple slices. Pour ingredients over apples. top with balance of cracker crumbs. Spray top with butter spray. Bake in 350 oven for 30 Minutes. Stir gently, Bake another 20 minutes, Finish under broiler for about 3-4 minutes if you want it crispy. Top with kool whip free. Or for a more decadent treat top with ice cream or yogurt.
