Just like crust!! Just like crust!!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 Small Onion, chopped
    1 Celery Heart, sliced
    4 Small Potatoes, cubed
    3 Carrots, sliced
    8-10 Fresh Asparagus, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
    OR Can of Green Beans
    1/4 cup Flour
    1 tsp Pepper
    2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
    2-3 large Boneless Chicken Breasts, cubed
    5 cups Chicken Broth (low sodium)


Combine Onion, Celery, Potatoes & Carrots in stock pot with 1/2 cup chicken broth until onion and celery are clear & potatoes begin to soften. Sprinkle flour & seasonings (flour will thicken the sauce near end of cooking). Add remainder of chicken broth. Add chicken breast. Minutes before serving, add Asparagus/green beans (will soften quickly). Serves 6 to 8 people.
