Introduction

Just something small I made for lunch. You can eat all in one sitting, but I like to split it into two and eat it for morning tea and lunch :)
Brown rice is super filling and I find I don't need to eat that much of it! Although I want to because it tastes so good ;)

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/3C Uncooked brown rice
    2/3 cup water
    Half a can of Sealord Tunalite lightly Smoked Tuna

    Optional: 15g of the Good Taste food company's Cucumber and mint yoghurt dip.

Directions

1. Put rice in pan and cook with water via the adsorption method. This is where all the time for the cooking goes. In cooking the blimen rice.

2. Add half a tin of the Tunalite and stir with a fork.

Optional, 3. Add the Yoghurt at the same time as the tuna and stir into rice.

4. Heat in microwave for thirty seconds (depending on your microwave) to heat tuna through!

5. Eat up!

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings. I'll update with weights later.
