Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
    1/2 cup applesauce (no sugar added)
    3 Tbsp Honey
    1 teas vanilla extract
    1 1/2 teas ground cinnamon
    2 cups old fashioned oats
    1 teas baking powder
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    pinch salt
    3/4 cup dried fruit of choice
    1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
    1/2 cup flaked unsweetened coconut (optional)

Tips

Coconut and chocolate are not included in the nutritional facts.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 11" x 9" baking dish.
In a medium bowl mix all wet ingredients together well.
In another larger bowl mix all dry ingredients (not fruit or nuts) together and mix well.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until well mixed. Stir in the fruit and nuts. Transfer to baking dish and place in oven. Cut into 12 pieces when done.
