Number of Servings: 2


    3/4 cup black beans
    1/2 cup spinach leaves
    1/4 cup brown rice flour
    2 Tbsp. GF oats
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 small clove garlic


Serve on a bed of spinach to increase iron and protein content of your meal!


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Form mixture into two patties. Cook in a skillet, a grill, or in the oven (on broil) until crusty on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 2 patties
