Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Scallops, raw, 16 oz
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    *Onion powder, 2 tsp
    Fresh Chives, 2 tsp chopped
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    White Wine, 2 fl oz
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
    *Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated), 12 tsp
    Light Butter 4tbs

Directions

preheat over to 400 degrees

Melt butter and mix with garlic powder; onion powder; white wine; lemon juice & chives.

Mix room temperature scallops into the mixture and place in a 2 Quart casserole dish.

Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the scallops once in the casserole dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes - I like to broil in high for a minute to toast the top.

This makes 4 servings ( i just quarter the pan)

So quick and so easy! Goes great with a side noodles!

    Recipe was good. Husband has dairy allergy so I substituted margarine and omitted cheese. Also had the open bottle of wine and had that with dinner - 4/8/08

    Incredible!
    I made this for dinner tonight and we LOVED it. I didn't use butter (bused Butter Buds instead) just to get the calories down. Yummy!
