Ingredients

    2 oz cooked chicken breast
    2 tsp franks red hot
    2 cups romaine chopped
    1/4 cup shredded carrots
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup low fat cheese

Tips

Personally I don't need the dressing but my daughter likes it.


Directions

Toss chicken with red hot sauce. Mix in all the other ingredients. Serve with low fat blue cheese dressing if you want.
