    1 cup carrot, chopped
    1/2 of an avocado (~1/2 cup)
    1 Tablespoon miso paste
    2 tsp minced ginger
    1 cup water (or more to desired consistency)
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)


Will keep for 2-3 days in a sealed container (mason jars work great).


Add all ingredients to your VitaMix (or other high-powered blender). Blend until smooth.
