Simple thick and hearty complete meal. Simple thick and hearty complete meal.

    2 cups cooked (or canned drained) black beans
    2 cups vegetable broth
    3 cups tomato sauce
    8 tbsp light grated parmesan (I used PC's Blue Menu brand)
    Seasonings of your choice (I used garlic powder and Clubhouse roasted garlic and pepper) to taste


Cook brown rice according to directions. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients in a pot and heat.
