    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup salsa (any kind you like)
    1.5 cup cheddar cheese
    8 (6-8in) flour tortillas (you can also substitute the light Flat out wraps, for lower calories and higher fiber)


Bring chicken to a boil in enough water to cover. Cook on medium low heat for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Remove and shred.
In a large bowl mix shredded chicken and salsa. Use enough salsa to wet. You may not need the whole cup. Add this mixture to each tortilla.
Place the wraps in a 13x9 casserole dish side by side. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and wraps are heated through.

Garnish with lettuce, light sour cream, guacamole, etc.
