Ingredients

1 (4.5 ounce) cans chopped green chilies drained
1 cup shredded Colby Monterey Jack Cheese
1 pound Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup fat free half and half
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup eggbeaters
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Grease 2 quart baking dish.
Brown sausage adding chopped onion about 1/2 way through.
While sausage is browning whisk eggs, egg beaters, and half and half together. Stir in grated cheese and green chilies.
Spread sausage onion mixture in casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over.
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until knife in center of dish comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
