Ingredients

    3 Tbs Honey
    3 Tbs Soy Sauce
    3 tbs Balsamic Vinegar (white/red)
    1 tsp fresh ginger minced
    1 Clove garlic minced
    2 tsp olive oil

    1 tbs olive oil to heat pan for fish

Directions

Combine ingredients in shallow pan. Season fish with S+P place in dish , Skin side down, cover and refridgerate for 20 mins. Remove fish, reserve sauce and add at the end of cooking. Fry fish on med high 4-6 mins/ side
