Introduction

Delicious when hot, but makes a quick snack on the go when cold. Delicious when hot, but makes a quick snack on the go when cold.

Ingredients

    2 Russet Baking Potatoes
    4 oz. Bumblebee chunk white albacore tuna
    4 T minced white or yellow onion
    1 T minced carrot
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
    2 T Kraft Light Mayo
    1/3 t Tabasco sauce
    1 t Original Spike seasoning

Tips

Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika for a finishing touch.


Directions

Bake the potatoes at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Meanwhile, mix the remaining 7 ingredients in a bowl. When potatoes are cooked, remove them and let them cool until able to be held. Removed the insides from the potato, leaving about 1/4 around inside of shell. Mix the potato insides with the other 7 ingredients, then stuff back into the potato shells.
