Introduction

Quick and easy salmon fillets that look and taste like a seafood restaurant entree. Quick and easy salmon fillets that look and taste like a seafood restaurant entree.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 (5 to 6 oz) Salmon Fillets
    4 tsp Dijon Mustard
    Black Pepper
    1/3 Cup Chopped Almonds
    1/3 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    3 tbsp Dill Weed
    2 tbsp Parsley
    4 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    1/3 Lemon Juice
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Place salmon skin-side down. Brush top of each fillet with mustard and sprinkle with black pepper

Stir together almonds, panko, dill, parsley, oil, lemon juice and salt. Divide mixture into 4, and pat firmly onto top of salmon.

Bake for 12-15 min or until crust begins to brown and fish flakes easily with fork.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
