Ingredients

    Ground Turkey
    1/2 onion, chopped
    Black beans, (1 can, drained)
    Red Kidney beans, (1 can drained)
    Pinto beans, (1 can drained)
    Mexicorn (1 can UNdrained)
    Rotel (1 can UNdrained)
    Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
    Ranch Seasoning (1 packet powder)
    Water (4 Cups)

Tips

We like to lightly top ours with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips!


Directions

Brown ground turkey, chopped onion, and HALF of taco seasoning in skillet. Once fulley cooked, drain if necessary. While meat mixture is cooking wisk together water, ranch seasoning, and remaining taco seasoning to large pot. Add cooked turkey and remaining ingredients and simmer until warm.
