Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter unsalted
    1 cup mashed very ripe banana
    3 whole eggs
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Tips

I use a hand held mixer or whisk to blend ingredients.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and line muffin tin with paper liners. Mix first six ingredients thoroughly and fold in berries at the end. Scoop 1/4 cup batter into each liner. Bake for 15 minutes, cool for another 15 minutes before removing from pan.
