Ingredients

    1 box lasagne noodles
    veggies like squash or zucchini
    jar spaghetti sauce
    4 cups mozerella
    1 container ricotta
    1 bag parmesan
    1 egg

Directions

cook noodles as directed
chop veggies
stir cheeses and half mozerella with egg
layer as a lasagne and top with leftover cheese
bake for 60 minutes or until golden on top and then let cool before serving.
