    1/3 cup Onions chopped
    1/2 tsp dried Basil
    2 TBS Butter
    Spinach, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)
    2 cups Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
    4 Eggs
    1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    Dash nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup Sour Cream


Preheat oven to 375.
Saute onion and basil in butter until tender about 5 minutes,
Stir in spinach and remove from heat.
In a bowl blend ricotta, eggs, cheddar, salt and nutmeg and spinach mixture.
Spread in a greased 12x8 baking dish.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Spread sour cream over the top and put back in the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
