Ingredients

    - 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    - 1 Yellow Onion
    - 4 Carrots, diced
    - 2 Garlic cloves, diced
    - 2 Tablespoons chopped Ginger
    - 1 Jalapeno Pepper diced
    - 2 cups Savory Cabbage, shredded
    - 10 ounces Chicken breast, precooked, shredded
    - 5 cups chicken broth
    - 4 oz Udon Noodles
    - 1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    - 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
    - 1 Lime

Directions

1. Heat a large soup pot on medium heat. Add oil. Add onion, carrots, garlic, ginger and jalapeno. Cook until light golden brown.

2. Add Cabbage, chicken and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add Udon noodles and soy sauce. Cook for 4 minutes

3. Garnish with Cilantro and Lime Wedges.
