Ingredients

    3 cups raw kale, washed and dried
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 tbs EVOO
    1 tbs apple cider vinegar
    diced garlic and scallion
    1/4-1/2 cup feta cheese

Directions

No Cooking just assembling
Emulsify lemon, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and scallion.
Pour onto kale and mix well.
Add feta cheese last.
