Ingredients

    1 Scoop of Giant Sports Delicious Vanilla Protein
    1 Tbsp Low Fat Cottage Cheese
    1 Egg White
    1/2 a medium banana
    1/2 cup of oats or quick oats

    1 serve of sugar free maple syrup OR lemon juice and Natvia

Directions

Blend all ingredients (save the maple syrup) in the blender. Cook pancakes in a non-stick pan. Serve with your choice of sugar free maple syrup or lemon juice and Natvia :)
