Cocoa (3/4cup)
Applesauce, unsweetened (1cup)
Baking Powder (1t)
Vanilla Essence (1cap)
Egg Whites (3/4c, beaten til fluffy)
Protein powder (dusting)
Tips
Serving suggestion: Dust with protein powder and serve with greek yogurt or healthy vanilla mousse.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 170*C.
- Line baking tin with baking paper.
- Puree beans until smooth
- Mix bean puree, cocoa, applesauce, vanilla, baking powder
- Beat egg whites til stiff
- Add egg whites to bean mix
- Bake at 170*C for 8-10 minutes until springy to touch
Cool in tray. Cut when cool.
