Introduction

basic meatloaf without extraneous flavorings and crapola in it. basic meatloaf without extraneous flavorings and crapola in it.

Ingredients

    half pound beef
    half pound turkey
    2 eggs
    one half cup breadcrumbs (more if needed, but it will alter the nutrition info a bit. up to 1 cup max I would guess.)

Tips

this is nice. no soup mix, no spices, no tomato. just genuine delicious meatloaf. I like to use local, grass-fed beef and free-range turkey whenever possible.


Directions

mix all the stuff. form into a loaf. bake at 350 for an hour (check at 45 mins in case it cooks faster)
