    12 oz imitation crab meat
    4 cups (8 oz) whole wheat rotini
    1/4 cup ragu light alfredo sauce
    crushed garlic (if desired)
    * Pesto Sauce

1. Saute crab meat in olive oil (and crushed garlic to taste).
2. Combine with cooked pasta, alfredo sauce and pesto sauce.
