    Cabbage, red, fresh, 0.5 head, medium (about 5" dia) (remove)
    *PC unsweetened Apple sauce - 100ml, 1 serving (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 0.3 tbsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.13 tsp (remove)
    Sweetzfree, 1 drop


Shred the cabbage and place in boiling water. Simmer for 40 minutes. Drain well. Add the other ingredients and stir.
